Supply Chain Management is considered a key strategic priority in companies large and small because without a successful global supply chain program, a company will not be able to design, deliver, scale, and improve key products effectively that are increasingly outsourced to supply chain partners around the world. The objective of this course is to introduce to the key concepts and techniques that will allow learner to analyze, manage and improve supply chain processes for different industries and markets.
