Upon successful completion of this module, students should be able to: 1. Demonstrate the ability to identify the overall roles, functions and activities for HRM. 2. Apply various tools and techniques in managing HR including planning, appraisal and performance management 3. Be aware of the challenges and focus of HRM in line with changing trends and development impacting HRM.
In order to successfully complete this course, students must complete the mandatory project paper and achieve passing grade of 50% or higher.
